A studio layout that works well with Japanese customers at 32 Truong Han Sieu apartment building, having a working period in Vietnam alone. this particular unit is at the low, back end of the building for even less ambient street noise hence half of the balcony view is a neighbor's wall. A slide door to open up the space and to close for a cozy bedroom at night. The kitchen, apparently as a compensation for being a low back-end unit, there is a good oven.
